REACH FOR THE STARS is a look into a future society where computers and robot Enforcers rule over the pacified human civilization. At the center of the system is the alpha computer, Mega, supreme ruler of Rotar. The machines respect the fact that the humans created them, but they consider the humans unstable and  fickle. So, buy mutual agreement, the human citizens are kept under control by “rules of conduct” and by close observation. The rules are simple, don’t question the system and keep your place. They have grown accustomed to the cameras and ever watchful Enforcers which are by now, just part of daily life. The population is given enough to keep them comfortable and satisfied.

 

Our story follows Harmony, a common worker, who has seen lights in the sky, He seeks information from the mind banks and learns of scientific discoveries that have been withheld from the population to keep them dumbed down. Refusing to conform and threatening to expose the ruse, he is deemed a trouble maker and exiled off of his home planet to be stranded on a rugged planet inhabited by primitive warrior tribes. There, we explore the basic instincts of fear that still hover over our planet today. Once overcome, there is a visitation by a higher being. The story tracks Harmony back to his home planet to deal with Mega and his Enforcers. The conflict is resolved when Harmony uses what he has learned to overcome the oppression of his people by the mind numbing controllers.
